By adding wynd to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use wynd.

use of the bot

wynd is provided free of charge as a utility Discord bot. You may use wynd in any server you have permission to add bots to, subject to the following:

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• You may not use wynd to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You may not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse wynd's commands or infrastructure.
• Moderation commands (ban, kick, mute, etc.) must only be used by users with the appropriate server permissions. Misuse is the responsibility of the server's administrators.

availability

wynd is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We may take wynd offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption caused by downtime.

moderation responsibility

Server administrators are solely responsible for how wynd is configured and used in their servers. wynd's moderation tools (ban, kick, mute, warn, jail, purge, etc.) are powerful — use them responsibly. We are not liable for any unintended moderation actions taken through wynd.

data

By using wynd, you acknowledge that certain data (server IDs, user IDs, deleted message content for snipe) is stored as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely to operate the bot's features.

termination

We reserve the right to block any user or server from using wynd at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to misuse of commands, violation of Discord's terms, or abuse directed at the bot or its operator.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of wynd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll announce significant changes in the support server.
